If you wish to join as a new member for the coming years, you must register for the waitlist. Note that currently there are already more than 1300 names on the waitlist.

Note:

  1. Juniors must be 18 years or under as of January 1st of the current year.
  2. Seniors must be 60 years or older before January 1st of the current year.
  3. The New Member rate applies if you were not a member during the 2020 season.
  4. Online registrations are not subject to any additional processing or transaction fees.

Our Refund Policy

Requests for refunds on membership fees must be received by May 1 of the current membership year, the refund deadline.

A full refund will be issued minus a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline.

(Update May 9th 2021)

Due to the delayed season opening, an exception to the refund policy has been made for the 2021 season:
1. Request for refunds on membership fees must be received no later than 2 weeks after the club’s official Opening Day.
2. A full refund will be issued minus a $25 admin fee for adults and seniors, $10 admin fee for juniors.
3. Please note a junior who cancels their membership will not be able to rejoin as Junior Full this year if they changed their mind.

Waitlist Policy

 

  • Waitlist is based on a strict sequence.
  • Each person wishing to be on the waiting list must be individually registered, regardless if you are a family or not.
  • If spots become available, we would email the name(s) at the top of the waitlist. If we hear no response 1 (one) week after that, your name will be removed from the list and you will have to reapply. We would then move further down the list until all the spots are taken.
  • We refresh the waitlist annually. Around end of season, we will send everyone an email and ask that your respond if you are still interested to join / wait. Failure to respond within 1 (one) week from the time the email was sent will result in your name being removed from the list and you will have to reapply.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure your email address is accurate and up-to-date.

Note: The new City of Toronto policy for Community Tennis Clubs indicates that waiting list members from the City of Toronto must be given preference over those from outside the City borders.

FAQ

Does my child need to be a member to take part in your junior programs / kids summer camp?

Yes. Junior membership is $40.

I've registered on the waitlist. Do I have a chance to get in this year?

It depends on where you are on the waitlist and how many members from last year decided to return.

How long is the waitlist?

As of July 27th 2021, there are more than 1300 names on the waitlist.

When will I know if I can be a member?

Between March 14th and March 28th, if there are spots for new members, we will be contacting those who are at the top of the waitlist via email.

What are my options if I can't be a member this year?

You can play during our public hours which are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Stat Holidays from 9 PM to 11 PM.

Another option is to play as a guest if you know someone who’s a member. Guest fee is $10/day. Refer to our Guest Policy for more details.

Does the waitlist continue year after year?

Yes, it does continue year after year.

Near the end of season (around October / November) we’ll send you an email to re-confirm your interest in joining the club. You will have to reply, otherwise you will be removed from the waitlist and would have to apply again. This is our way to keep the waitlist accurate and as short as possible.

I am a member. Can I add my family to my account for them to be a member as well?

Unfortunately no. They would have to sign-up on our waitlist and wait for an invite to be a member.

I heard I can line-up in person on Opening Day to register for membership. Is this true?

We did that in the past, but starting in 2021 we have to follow the city’s direction in regards to waitlist policy. So, no it’s not true.
