How to Join.
Waitlist Policy
The waitlist is managed on a priority of registration basis. When a space opens up in our membership, the person at the top of the list will be offered a membership.
Enter one name per form registration and ensure the email you use is unique and the one you check regularly. For Junior waitlist, a parent/guardian may use the same email address for their children, but make sure to enter one child per form registration.
Each person can hold only one spot in the waitlist. Please only enter one form per person. Any subsequent entries will be removed.
We will email those who are at the top of the waitlist to confirm interest. After one week, if we do not receive your confirmation, you will be removed from the waitlist. Receiving this email does not guarantee you a spot for that year.
Invitations to join will be sent in March. You will have 72 hours to register and make payment to complete the registration. Failure to complete the registration in time will forfeit the invitation and result in removal from the waitlist.
Your position on the waitlist is non-transferable - i.e., You cannot give it to someone else.
As per City of Toronto policy and procedures for community tennis clubs, residents of the City of Toronto are privileged over non-residents. Your physical geographic distance relative to the club does not confer any privilege on the waitlist.
We use the email you provided us to contact you. It is your responsibility to check your email.
