Tokens
A non-prime time token will no longer be held during the season for any team member or substitute, whether a day or evening player. Players will retain all of their tokens.
Intercounty +55
The club is gauging interest in fielding a team. During the season, matches are played at 10:00am on Thursday mornings and consist of 1 ladies, 1 mens and 1 mixed match. A player is somebody 55 years of age or older at any time during the calendar year. More information is on the ICTA website. Please contact the Programs Director to indicate your interest.

Intercounty
The 2024 teams will be comprised of two B teams and one C team.
The season will begin May 14th and 16th. Please refer to the ICTA website for updated schedules.
TLTL
Evening league matches commence on Monday, May 13th. There will be no matches on Victoria Day, Monday, May 22nd, or on Monday July 3rd. Please refer to the TLTL website for updated schedules.
TLTL & Intercounty Teams Policy
Tryouts
Tryouts are held in March (indoors at Mayfair Lakeshore) and April (outdoors at HPTC). Attendance is mandatory. Click here for more details.
All members who wish to be considered for a team must register online in advance.
There is no fee to attend tryouts.
A player may be requested to attend a second tryout for further assessment.
The Tryouts Committee comprised of the Club Pro(s) and the Programs Director oversees the tryout process.
Player Rating
Players must have a club rating assessed by a club professional to play on teams. Players without a rating may still attend tryouts at which time they will be assigned a rating. Please see the Tryouts and Ratings Policy pages for more details on player rating.
Captains
Players can nominate fellow players or self-nominate for the positions of captain or co-captain.
Captains and co-captains do not have to pay team fees.
The ICTA offers captains training by Zoom to new captains. Please check here for the training schedule.
The captain and co-captain responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring all team members obtain the schedule and are familiarized with all of the league rules.
Deciding who will play each week, with whom, and at which time slot.
Submitting rosters and scores in compliance with league rules.
Rescheduling matches and coordinating the details with other clubs and home court managers when required.
Team Fee
The team fee is $20 per player.
Each player must pay their team fee online via their member account.
Payment must be received by June 1 for the player to be considered in good standing.
The Club reserves the right to suspend a team member until receipt of their team fee payment.
Subs are not required to pay team fees unless they play more than 5 games.

ICTA Mixed Majors - 5.0
ICTA Mixed A - 4.5
ICTA Mixed B - 4.0

TLTL Ladies - 3.5
Player Availability
Players must be available to play at least 2/3 of the days when the League Team competes.
Mixed Majors Team plays on Tuesday nights.
Mixed A Team plays on Thursday nights.
Mixed B Team plays on Tuesday nights.
Mixed C Team plays on Thursday nights.
The Daytime Ladies Team plays on Wednesday mornings.
The Evening Ladies TLTL Team plays on Monday nights.
Number of Team Members Selected
The B and C Mixed Intercounty Teams will consist of 6 men, 6 women, and 8 open positions.
The Evening Ladies Team will consist of 12 ladies.
Each team will have 4 alternates (subs) at maximum for a team.
Note: Ladies players may play on one intercounty team and sub on the TLTL evening ladies team or vice versa. However, an exception may be made provided that a given team does not have enough players.
Team Practice
Practice courts are no longer reserved for teams. If team members wish to practice, courts are booked as per the court booking policy.

TLTL & ICTA Match Rules are implemented to ensure that all players have an enjoyable experience during the season. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules beforehand.

Updates from 2023 ICTA Spring Members meeting:
Teams are no longer required to serve refreshments, but they must provide a source of drinking water.
A 3rd set 10-point tiebreak is now mandatory for all matches.
Current NCAA and other university players must play A or Majors level.
Sub-ups move up after 3 matches to the next higher level.

Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated on any league teams.
