2010 Membership -- Adult Membership Sold Out!
Thank you for your interest in Howard Park Tennis Club. Please note that regular Adult Membership is now at capacity. We are, however, still accepting applications for Adult Day, Senior and Junior Membership. If you have already signed up, please drop by the clubhouse during Club hours to pick up your shoe tag.
Note: Memberships are issued on a first-come-first-served basis. Regular Adult membership is capped at 500 in order to help ensure a reasonable member-to-court ratio.

In-person Registration: As mentioned above, Adult Membership is now sold out. If you would like to register for an Adult Day, Senior or Junior Membership, please complete the Membership Application and take it to the Club during Club Hours along with a current-dated cheque or money order. Payments:
Court Managers may receive cash as payment for fees of $10 or less. All other fees and dues must be paid via cheque or money order payable to "Howard Park Tennis Club." All
payments must be validated with a receipt from the Court Manager.

I'm a new member, what's next?
- Now that you are a member of Howard Park Tennis Club, drop by the clubhouse to pick up your shoe tag
- Please download and review the Club Etiquette pdf document: Club Etiquette
- Familiarize yourself with the rules of the Club outlined on the Rules page of this site (click here)
- Tag-up for court time at the Court Managers' Office!
- Check out the helpful tips below for both beginner and experienced new members
Tips for Beginners:
- Sign up for a Group Lesson.
- To supplement your lessons, sign up for "Learn to Play," which takes place each Saturday morning.
- Come out to the invitationals.
- Get in some court time. Come out and tag up on the Reservation Board.
- Join the Ladder.
- Sign up for the Year-End Tournament.
- Participate in the round robin socials.
- Check out the "Looking for a Partner List" in the clubhouse.
Tips for the Experienced New Member:
- Join the Ladder; it's the best way to play competitive singles at the Club. Get your USTA rating re-assessed
and work towards a prize.
- Join a House League (3.0 USTA rating and lower OR 3.5 USTA rating and higher)
- Take lessons. Group Lessons are the best way to learn how to play or simply improve your
technique. They are also a great way to meet other members at your level of play.
- Enter the various tournaments and invitationals.
- Participate in the round robin social events.
- Check out the "Looking for a Partner List" in the clubhouse.
